Turkbuku: (30 mins from Bodrum airport). Turkbuku is usually mentioned in the same breath as Gölköy, its neighbouring village, which has resulted in the combined name of GolTurkbuku. The resort offers a variety of bars which are scattered along the beachfront, playing live music and staying open into the early hours, there are also a few souvenir shops and designer boutiques. Turkbuku with its olive, tangerine and pine trees make a scented backdrop to the jetty restaurants sitting right on the waters edge giving the resort that upmarket feel. Turkbuku is 23 km away from Bodrum.
